Poptávám web – Web studio

The web studio PoptavamWeb.cz asked me to redesign an outdated website for their client, the industrial company JK Mont. The design focused on industrial typography, complemented by a bold red accent symbolizing strong machinery.

This project was my first introduction to the Ruby on Rails framework, where I was fully responsible for the frontend layer. I worked with Rails views and partials using HAML templates, implemented server-side rendering, and structured the layout with Bootstrap. The design was styled with modular SCSS, allowing for consistent theming based on the brand’s bold red accent. The result was a clean and responsive interface that visually emphasized heavy machinery through thoughtful use of color, imagery, and structure.
